Avoid packing cosmetics that are fragile, such as pressed powder. If they are essential, try packing them inside of the zip-top plastic bag, if space allows, and place them in check-in luggage only. All gels, liquids, or creams of any kind must go into the sealed zip-top plastic bag, or placed in your checked luggage. Do not pack any flammable or hazardous cosmetic items as they are strictly forbidden. Larger cosmetic containers that are only partially full and rolled up toothpaste tubes aren't allowed in carry-on luggage
How to Sterilize Lotion Bottles
- 1
Remove all remaining contents from the lotion bottle using hot water
and soap. It may be necessary to use a pipe cleaner or similar tool to
ensure that no lotion remains caked on hard-to-reach edges of the
container.
- 2
Prepare your sterilization mixture. Add one quarter cup of bleach to
every gallon of water. For smaller batches, use a tablespoon of bleach
for every quart of water. You may use your sink to mix the bleach and
water, provided that the sink has previously been sanitized. Otherwise,
use a clean bucket or similar container.
Ideas about how to fill lotion bottle
Did you ever wonder how to fill lotion bottle for that matter? Please share with us if you got any brilliant ideas. Thank you in advance.
Well, the easiest way we've found to fill lotion bottles is to get a large syringe and some extra tubing and use the syringe to draw the lotion from your pot or jar and squirt it into your bottles. It is much easier than using a funnel and clean up is a snap!
